1. Who we are

HRGROW.AI publishes a weekly briefing of people and talent roles at AI startups. If you have questions about this policy, email hello@hrgrow.ai.

2. What we collect

Account data (email address and optional name), subscription and billing status received from our payment processor, and basic usage data such as pages viewed and emails opened.

3. How we use it

To deliver the weekly briefing, manage your subscription and free trial, respond to support requests, and improve the quality of the roles we publish. We do not sell your data.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the service: our hosting and database provider, our email provider and Stripe. When you click an apply link, you leave our site and the employer's own policy applies.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to processing, by emailing hello@hrgrow.ai. You can unsubscribe from every email with one click.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date below.
